1. Order Fulfilment Options
Solar Strength (Pty) Ltd offers the following fulfilment options:
• Shop Collection from our premises; and
• Delivery, where applicable, to locations within South Africa.
The chosen fulfilment method will be confirmed at checkout or during order processing.

2. Delivery Services
• Delivery fees, where applicable, will be clearly communicated and confirmed before order dispatch.
• Estimated delivery timelines will be provided but may vary due to courier availability, distance, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Solar Strength (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services beyond our control.

3. Responsibility and Risk Transfer
• For Collection Orders:
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer immediately upon collection from our premises.
• For Delivery Orders:
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for or acknowledged as received.
Solar Strength (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or theft after risk has transferred.

4. Completed Orders
An order is considered completed when:
• The customer or their appointed courier collects the goods from our store; or
• The goods are successfully delivered to the customer’s nominated delivery address.

5. Limitation of Liability
Solar Strength (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability for:
• Damage, theft, or loss occurring after collection or confirmed delivery;
• Negligence, mishandling, or accidents caused by customers or third-party couriers;
• Delays or losses resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters or strikes.

6. Packaging for Fragile Items
• Solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other sensitive equipment require careful handling.
• Additional protective packaging is available on request.
• Any additional packaging costs will be communicated and approved prior to collection or dispatch.

7. Collection Timeframe
• Customers will be notified once orders are ready for collection.
• Orders must be collected within 7 working days of notification.
• Failure to collect within this timeframe may result in storage fees or order cancellation.

8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
• Accurate contact and delivery information is provided;
• Suitable arrangements are made for collection or delivery access;
• Any person collecting goods on their behalf is authorised to do so.

Solar Strength (Pty) Ltd services customers nationwide across South Africa through both collection and delivery options, subject to availability and confirmation at the time of order.
